Here is some information about me. Originally I’m from Wales, UK, currently, I reside in Lausanne, Switzerland. I hold sessions in person and online and they are always in English. Recently I joined MotionLab, Lausanne, a state of art Sports Performance Centre and I conduct my "in-person" clinic there. I am a Chartered member of the British Psychological Society, which means I have trained under supervision for four years following my Master’s degree so that I am equipped to deliver excellence in the field of performance psychology. I’m also a member of the European Federation of Sport Psychology. My qualifications have also been assessed and ratified by the Federation of Swiss Psychologists allowing me to practice here in Switzerland and legally call myself a psychologist. I specialise in an approach called Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy and have trained at the world-renowned Albert Ellis Insitute in New York, USA with some of the world's leading psychologists. I love this approach because it teaches us how to make an elegant shift in our thinking by examining our philosophies and changing them when they are unhelpful. I have expertise in helping people who are struggling with stress, emotion, motivation, confidence, burnout and most recently trauma. I am currently completing a post-graduate diploma in trauma-focused therapy. I work with anyone wishing to apply psychology in their life so that they can achieve a goal and keep themselves well in the process. I often work with elite athletes, police officers, business executives, entrepreneurs, students and performing artists.
