Ms Gwenaëlle Mercier 

As a clinical psychologist trained in cognitive and behavioral therapies (CBT) in France (Grenoble University) and Switzerland (Fribourg University), I have chosen an integrative approach: I use CBT tools, mind-body approaches and other clinical methods to offer customized support, adapted to each person and each situation. 🤝

At the same time, with a Master's degree in Human Resources (University of Nice), I am also involved in the prevention of psychosocial risks and quality of life at work, accompanying people faced with professional stress, suffering at work or burnout.

My coaching is based on caring, concrete and non-judgmental listening, to help you rediscover your resources and better understand your emotions.

Consultations take place exclusively online, via a secure platform, to offer flexibility, confidentiality and comfort, wherever you are in French-speaking Switzerland or Ticino.
