After an initial career in communications and artistic circles, she chose to reorient herself towards mental health, guided by the desire to give more meaning to her work and to get closer to the depth and sensitivity of human beings. This experience in diverse environments has made her particularly attentive to the life trajectories, individual histories and singularities of each person. Her clinical career has been built up through varied and significant experiences. She has also worked with children, deepening her understanding of development, family dynamics and intergenerational interactions. Sara-Lenia adopts an integrative, warm and collaborative approach. With sensitivity and structure, she accompanies people through periods of transition, such as life changes, professional reorientations or identity crises. Her support is based on the creation of a safe, caring space that encourages the expression of emotions, the understanding of lived experiences and the identification of personal resources. Thanks to an empathetic and authentic posture, she supports each person in their process of reflection and transformation, emphasizing the singularity of each journey and promoting a path towards sustainable well-being consistent with the person's life history.
