Reasons for Seeking Counseling

In particular, I work with people facing:

• Stress, fatigue, mental overload, or work-related pressure
• Anxiety, ruminative thoughts, or difficulty calming the mind
• Emotional or relationship difficulties (family, romantic relationships, interpersonal relationships)
• Lack of confidence or self-esteem, loss of direction
• Life transitions: separation, grief, parenthood, career changes, moving, accidents, retirement
• Personal reflections or a desire to better understand how you function and develop your inner resources

My approach is based on listening, dialogue, and collaboration. I offer a confidential, supportive, and non-judgmental space, with guidance tailored to each person’s needs, goals, and pace.

How the Sessions Work

The first appointment is an opportunity to get to know each other, understand what brought you here, and work together to define the direction of your support.

Taking that first step isn’t always easy. A brief preliminary phone conversation is available if you’d like to ask questions before scheduling an appointment.
