Carole Nendaz, FSP Psychologist As an assistant psychotherapist nearing the completion of my specialization in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, I look forward to meeting you and supporting you with compassion and in an atmosphere of trust on your journey toward a fulfilling life.

With extensive experience in child and adolescent psychiatry, followed by adult psychiatry, I welcome young children, adolescents, and adults alike. I can also offer support during the perinatal period, having worked passionately for several years at the CHUV in collaboration with the maternity ward.

With a focus on the mind-body connection, I can offer support for certain somatic illnesses, particularly those related to cancer. I am very interested in issues related to the relationship with food and the body and can provide care for eating disorders or obesity.

I am also very interested in psychotherapy for burnout. I am also trained to support you if you have experienced a traumatic event that is causing you distress. Drawing on my CBT toolkit, I can also work with you more deeply using schema therapy, focusing on emotions, experiential learning, compassion, and mindfulness.
