### Presentation of the healthcare professional
Welcome to __Psycho-Logiquement__, a space for listening and psychological support, where anyone can come and talk about what he or she is going through, __without taboos__, at their own pace, in a __confidential, respectful and reassuring__ environment.
As an __FSP psychologist__, I work with __adolescents, adults, couples and families__ at different stages of their lives, when they need to take a break, understand or refocus. Consultations are tailored to your current situation, resources and goals.
## Reasons for consultation
I offer psychological support in cases of :
- __Stress, fatigue, mental overload, professional pressure__
- __Anxiety, ruminations, feelings of disconnection__, difficulty in calming thoughts
- __Relationship difficulties__ (family, couple)
- __Important life stages__: separation, bereavement, maternity, parenthood, professional change, moving house, accident, retirement
- __Personal questioning__, loss of bearings or loss of self-confidence
When everything speeds up, the body and mind end up sending signals. Together, we take the time to __rediscover a realistic balance__, set limits and make room for what makes sense to you.
## How our sessions unfold
The __first appointment__ is a time for getting to know each other, clarifying your concerns and thinking together about the future direction of your support.
Consulting a psychologist isn't always easy. It can be daunting at first. If you feel the need, we can arrange __a telephone consultation beforehand__ to answer your questions and reassure you.
