My practice is rooted in a person-centred approach, based on listening, empathy and respect for each person's rhythm.

Minha prática se baseia em uma abordagem centrada na pessoa, fundamentada na escuta, empatia e respeito pelo ritmo de cada individuo.

I offer support that values internal resources and personal development, in an authentic and supportive therapeutic relationship.

Ofereço apoio que valoriza os recursos internos e o desenvolvimento pessoal, dentro de uma relação terapêutica autêntica e acolhedora.

I integrate mindfulness and EMDR as a support tool, to encourage presence, emotional regulation and a better understanding of lived experience. Practices are progressive and always adapted to the needs and history of each individual.

Education:

• Master's degree in Psychology. Recognition of foreign psychology diplomas with the same effects as Swiss

recognized under art. 2 of the Lpsy.

• Training in psychological first aid in emergencies, Portuguese Red Cross School, Portugal.
• Training certificate in EMDR therapy, Regional Council of Psychology S/P, Brazil
• Training certificate in Mindfulness therapy, Regional Council of Psychology S/P, Brazil
• Training certificate in Family Planning, ABED Brazilian Association of Distance Education. Brazil
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Unisal University, Brazil

Fees:

• Individual consultation: 130 CHF for 50 minutes
• Couple consultation: 200 CHF for 1h30
• Group consultation: It is necessary to specify the context and the number of participants in order to fix the rate and time.
• Payment by CASH or TWINT

Cancellation:

Please note that consultations must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. If this deadline is not met or if you are absent, the consultation will be billed.

Refunds:

Sessions are not covered by basic health insurance (LAMal), even with a medical prescription. However, some supplementary insurances offer reimbursement possibilities, depending on the conditions of your contract. I advise you to check the conditions of reimbursement with your supplementary insurance company. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
