I welcome children aged 10 and over, adolescents and adults in Lausanne (Avenue de la Gare 10) and online, for psychological counseling, coaching or occasional support.

Areas of support :

• Stress, burnout and difficult periods in life
• Personal and professional development
• Support for parenthood, children and teenagers, particularly around ADHD, ASD and sleep disorders
• Support for people who have experienced childhood trauma

My work is part of a counseling and psychological support approach - a space to understand, work through and move forward, drawing on your own resources. I don't offer psychotherapy in the strict sense of the word, but a structured, caring approach rooted in humanistic, cognitive-behavioral and positive psychology.

Fee: CHF 150 / session (50 min). Not covered by Swiss mandatory health insurance (LAMal). Some supplementary insurances may cover consultations - check with your insurer. Any session not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be billed.

Training: Master's degree in psychology, UniDistance Switzerland (university recognized by the Swiss Confederation). Member of FSP and AVP.
