Ms Julie Gavin 

Julie Gavin, psychologist in Lausanne, Switzerland, I offer psychological consultations to adults. I help patients understand their emotional, relational or personal difficulties at different stages of their lives.

Born in France, I completed a Bachelor's degree in psychology at the University of Strasbourg, followed by a Master's degree in clinical psychology and psychopathology at the University of Lausanne (UNIL), and then a PhD at UNIL while working at the CHUV on early intervention in psychosis. I'm particularly interested in complex profiles with co-morbidities. I am also qualified in Caycedian sophrology and kundalini yoga. I combine psycho-corporal approaches with my psychological accompaniment to offer a holistic approach integrating body and mind. These approaches are particularly effective in supporting daily stress management and emotional regulation.

Psychology is a health discipline concerned with psychological functioning, emotions, behaviors and relationships. The psychologist conducts clinical interviews to identify the sources of malaise and offer appropriate support. Consultations can focus on stress management, anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions or one-off psychological support.
