After an initial career in the world of communications and the arts, she turned to mental health. This choice was guided by the desire to give more meaning to her work and to get closer to the depth and sensitivity of human beings. At the Fondation de Nant, Sara-Lenia worked in community psychiatry, caring for adult patients with a wide range of psychological problems. She also carried out psychological assessments and projective evaluations, developing a fine expertise in the exploration of psychological functioning. She has also worked with children and adolescents, further enriching her understanding of family development and dynamics. Sara-Lenia adopts an integrative, warm and collaborative approach.
