### Presentation of the healthcare professional
Anthony Bielser is a clinical psychologist with a degree in psychology and philosophy from the University of Lausanne (UNIL). After several years working in the legal profession, then in private practice, mainly with children and adolescents, he developed an atypical, multi-disciplinary career path, providing a solid foundation for a rigorous, structured and deeply human clinical practice.
Specializing in Person-Centered Approach (PCA) psychotherapy, Anthony offers individualized psychotherapeutic support, based on empathic listening, a respectful posture and an authentic therapeutic relationship. He creates a reassuring framework that encourages the expression of emotions, self-understanding and the co-construction of therapeutic objectives adapted to each individual's needs.
Convinced that change emerges from a relationship of trust and collaboration, Anthony pays particular attention to emotional experiences, relational processes and the mobilization of personal resources. He adopts an integrative approach, combining his relational posture with concrete tools drawn from emotion-focused therapy, ego-state therapy and clinically validated contemporary approaches. These tools are selected and adapted according to each patient's psychic functioning and goals.
Anthony also has expertise in supporting neurodivergences, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Disorder with or without Hyperactivity (ADD/ADHD), as well as in psychological assessment using intelligence and IQ tests. He is also involved in anxiety disorders, eating disorders and psychotraumatology.
His aim is to offer a structuring, reassuring and humane framework, enabling each individual to strengthen his or her internal resources and move towards a lasting well-being consistent with his or her personal history.
