Ms Laurie Cazorla 

I am a psychologist and psychotherapist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I work with young adults and adults, focusing on their current difficulties, their resources and the changes they wish to implement. I am reimbursed by the LAMal.

I place great importance on creating a safe, warm and collaborative space. My intention is that each person should feel welcome as they are, without judgment or pressure.

CBT offers a concrete, structured framework, which I adapt to each person's needs. We move forward together, at your own pace, exploring your thoughts, emotions and behaviors. I suggest practical tools where appropriate, and together we work out realistic avenues for change that are tailored to your situation.

In particular, I work with people dealing with :

- anxiety (panic attacks, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, phobias, ruminations...)

- stress and exhaustion

- depressive states, loss of desire or motivation, sleep disorders

- addictions, with and without substances

- eating disorders

- trauma, post-traumatic stress, difficult events

- obsessive-compulsive disorders

- personality disorders

- relational or emotional difficulties, emotional management

- chronic pain

- low self-esteem, assertiveness, perfectionism

- avoidance behaviors or repetitive patterns

- existential, identity, personal or professional questions

You can come to us with a specific problem, a diffuse malaise, a situation that's overwhelming you, or simply a need to understand what's going on inside you.

There's no right or wrong way to start therapy: we take stock together, then move forward step by step, respecting your pace, your sensitivity and your goals.
