There comes a time in life when everything falls apart, leaving you feeling like you don’t know where to start over. We often think that rebuilding ourselves will take years, and this can be discouraging even before we begin. However, there are therapeutic techniques that can help you get back on your feet more quickly and draw on your own inner resources.

Let me introduce myself: I’m Syaka Fourel, an FSP/AVP-certified psychologist specializing in clinical family health and addiction treatment. I’m also a mind-body coach and dance therapist. I founded Cabinet SOLEY to support those who have experienced or are currently experiencing a crisis, trauma, or difficult period and are committed to rebuilding their lives, as well as those who wish to find meaning in their lives and achieve alignment between body, emotions, and mind.

My work is centered on CBT (cognitive-behavioral therapy) and supplemented by mind-body techniques. It is tailored to each individual’s needs:

regaining a sense of security and boosting self-esteem
alleviating intrusive thoughts
reconnecting the mind, emotions, and body
restoring meaning to one’s journey and using resilience as a therapeutic tool
setting new goals in alignment with who you truly are
reawaken that life force, your true self
Practice relapse prevention and crisis management through self-help techniques

Topics: grief, personal or professional loss, trauma, illness, accidents, family/relationship crises, emotional shock, separation, toxic relationships, addictions, long-term burnout, and a sense of life being out of alignment.

The first session lasts 30 to 40 minutes (50.-) and is conducted exclusively in French

An initial meeting to get to know each other, understand your needs, and work together to define the goals of our support. This discussion helps establish a relationship of trust and clarify your expectations.

30-minute support session
1-hour psychological consultation
Biodynamic coaching: 1 hour
Emotional Quotient Assessment: 1 to 1.5 hours + analysis time

Reimbursement: Clients must pay for their first appointment or follow-up sessions directly to the psychologist. Some supplemental insurance plans may provide partial reimbursement upon submission of an invoice. However, it is your responsibility to verify this before any appointment.
