I help women overcome anxiety so they can feel connected, light, and fulfilled. If you’re going through a difficult time, know that anxiety can affect you in many ways: through your thoughts (intrusive thoughts, mental fog), emotions (feeling disconnected, angry, or sad), your body (knotted stomach, tension, chest tightness), and behavior (withdrawing from others).

I support you in addressing all these areas by guiding you to manage your thoughts, understand and regulate your emotions, relax your body, and take positive steps to reconnect with others. Together, we work toward recovery and building a calm, grounded, and fulfilling life.

I hold a PhD in psychology and have over six years of clinical experience, including advanced psychotherapy training at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Geneva. I offer sessions in French, English, and Russian.

Having lived with anxiety since childhood, I deeply understand how it impacts your sense of self and well-being. My approach is evidence-based and informed by practices that have personally helped me transform my own anxiety. This personal experience brings empathy and authenticity to my work. My goal is to help you find what truly works for you.
