About me...

With over 20 years of experience in an international setting, I'm specialised in developmental and complex trauma, providing counselling services to individuals, couples and groups.

I am particularly passionate about the Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, which I believe as a huge potential for those dealing with complex trauma, attachment and relational difficulties.

IFS not only supports healing in those areas but also empowers clients to navigate day to day situations with greater self-awareness and in a self-led way.

This approach can profoundly enhance your relationships—whether with family, colleagues, or friends—and help you to embody your inner-qualities, creating space for confidence, courage, clarity, calmness, patience and persistence.
