My background in management within the luxury and fashion industries also enables me to understand professional challenges: workplace distress, burnout, conflicts, taking on a new role, team management, and leadership.

My approach is based on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). I offer a supportive yet pragmatic approach, aimed at better understanding the challenges you face and developing practical tools to help you regain a sense of balance.

Rates:

• Individual session (60 min): 140 CHF
• In-person individual session (60 min): 165 CHF
• Couples therapy (75 min): 180 CHF
• Cancellation of an in-person appointment less than 24 hours in advance: 40 CHF
