My name is Olivia and I offer consultations in French and English for teenagers, adults, couples, and families.

Whether you are experiencing relationship tension, stress, self-doubt, or an important life transition, I provide a safe, confidential, and supportive space where you can feel heard and understood.

My approach is personalized and adapted to your needs. I draw from different therapeutic tools to support you in a practical and respectful way, whether in individual, couples, or family therapy.

Trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, I continue to deepen my expertise in this internationally recognized model. I support couples navigating:

• recurring conflicts and communication difficulties
• rebuilding trust after infidelity or a breach of confidence
• emotional distance or disconnection
• a desire to better understand each other and restore closeness
• relationship crises, separation, or major life transitions as a couple

In individual therapy, I work with people facing anxiety, self-esteem difficulties, mental overload, burnout, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Each situation is unique, and the process is always tailored to your personal reality.

I strive to offer an inclusive and respectful space for all identities and orientations, where everyone is welcomed with care, without judgment, and with respect for their personal story.
