My name is Marie Schenkel and I am an assistant psychotherapist. I am currently training in body psychotherapy and bioenergetic analysis 🧠🎓

Sensitized to a holistic approach to the human being, I attach particular importance to the link between body and mind in the therapeutic process 🌀. In particular, I'm interested in understanding trauma, its effects on the nervous system and how it can register in the body 🌿.

I offer a safe, respectful space in which to explore emotional and psychic difficulties, taking into account bodily sensations, emotions and personal experience, at your own pace. In my work, I like to draw on tools such as meditation 🧘, mindfulness 🌸 and resources from yoga (200H training in India) 🕉️.
