Jennyfer Wilsius, FSP psychologist, offers remote psychological consultations from the Fribourg region, accessible to all French-speaking people. Online therapy offers a flexible, confidential and reassuring framework, enabling quality support without geographical constraints.

Psychological support

I work with people experiencing panic attacks and anxiety disorders, which can manifest as intense fears, hypervigilance, overwhelming physical sensations or a sense of loss of control. Therapeutic work aims to understand the mechanisms of anxiety, reduce symptoms and find lasting relief.

I also offer support withself-esteem and self-confidence, particularly in cases of low self-esteem, persistent self-doubt, difficulties in asserting oneself or finding one's place in personal and professional relationships.

Loneliness, whether emotional, relational or linked to a life transition (change of role, aging, separation), is also a frequent theme in our consultations.
