I welcome and accompany children, adolescents, adults, parents and families in my Psy Harmonie practice, located at Les Ateliers de la Côte in Etoy (Vaud), or in visioconsultation, depending on individual needs.

My approach, based on integrative clinical psychology and a systemic vision of the family, is aimed at people experiencing relational, emotional or educational difficulties.

I pay particular attention to the quality of the parent-child bond, the regulation of emotions, and the development of self-esteem and self-confidence.

Psychological support doesn't just intervene when suffering is already present: it also plays an essential role in prevention, to understand what's going on before difficulties or life events develop into more profound disorders.

I also help teenagers with their questions about identity, their sometimes intense emotions and their difficulties in finding their place.

Families in transition (separation, reunification, shared custody) find here a space to refocus, renew dialogue and re-establish a climate of calm.

Sessions can be held individually, as a couple or as a family, in a caring and confidential listening environment, conducive to mutual understanding and the search for lasting solutions.

As a complement, I sometimes integrate aromatherapy as a natural support to emotional well-being, when it can promote relaxation, refocusing or calming, without ever replacing the psychological approach.

Some supplementary insurances reimburse my services, but my consultations are not covered by the LAMAL, so I cannot accept medical psychotherapy vouchers.
