Following her studies in psychology and a career in communications, Ophélie Beretta has chosen to draw on her professional and personal experience to support people in difficult situations.

Her approach aims to create a caring space where each person can explore their needs, resources and aspirations, in order to regain balance between their different spheres of life.

Her support is aimed at those going through periods of transition or questioning: loss of motivation, discouragement, questioning of life choices. She also works with families experiencing difficulties in parenthood, offering support tailored to help them get through these times with greater serenity.

Convinced that every journey is unique, Ophélie pays particular attention to understanding each person's history and how past experiences influence the present. Her aim is to help restore confidence, mobilize inner resources and foster a path towards lasting wellbeing.
