Mr Gaëtan Jobin 

As a qualified psychologist with a passion for understanding human functioning and helping people achieve lasting personal balance, I adopt an empathetic, caring and personalized approach. I welcome each patient into a confidential space, conducive to self-expression and self-understanding.

My work is based on listening, putting emotions into words and finding meaning, in order to help each person overcome the personal, emotional or professional difficulties they may encounter. I work with young adults, adults and the elderly who are confronted with life situations that can upset their daily lives and balance.

My support is based on several dimensions:

• Psychological support during periods of vulnerability or transition,
• Emotional support to understand, express and welcome feelings,
• Psychological counseling based on listening and analyzing experiences,
• Listening and helping to regulate emotions, to better manage stress or overload,
• Prevention and psycho-education, to better understand internal mechanisms and develop resources,
• Accompaniment through life's difficulties, taking into account each person's pace and path.

Using an integrative approach, I tailor each session to the unique needs of the individual, to encourage a personal journey towards balance, confidence and emotional autonomy.

I currently offer consultations exclusively online.
