Sophie Perdrix isan FSP psychologist who assists adults and adolescents in Biel and Cortébert at key moments in their lives. With a doctorate in counseling psychology, she specializes in supporting people through life transitions, integrating professional and personal dimensions. She offers individualized support, respecting each person's pace and needs, in a confidential and caring environment.

Coaching approach

Sophie Perdrix's approach is based on existential psychological counseling, which focuses on meaning, values and life choices. She helps her patients to better understand their questions, to get through periods of transition and to strengthen their ability to act in alignment with what's important to them.

She sees people aged 14 to 65, who are questioning their orientation, or in a phase of professional or personal transition, for short- to medium-term support - as a general rule, no more than 12 sessions.
