I welcome you to a caring environment where listening and practical tools combine to help you move towards lasting well-being. Each session aims to better understand your difficulties, identify the mechanisms that maintain them and develop concrete strategies to foster change.

🏡 Face-to-face sessions

Sessions take place in a framework of confidentiality, mutual respect and collaboration.

They are aimed at adults (aged 18 and over) wishing to better understand themselves, overcome certain difficulties and embark on an accompanied and personalized process of change.

💻 Online sessions

Online consultations offer the same quality of listening and support as in-office sessions.

Flexible and practical, they enable you to continue your follow-up wherever you are, particularly in the event of travel, unforeseen circumstances or time constraints.

🌿 Areas of support

I offer support based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an approach recognized for its effectiveness in dealing with a wide range of psychological issues:

• Anxiety disorders: generalized anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, social anxiety
• Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
• Mood disorders: depression, chronic depression, loss of interest
• Burn-out
• Difficulties with assertiveness and self-esteem
• Alcohol dependence

🔍 How sessions unfold

Each session begins with an assessment of the difficulties encountered and the definition of personalized objectives.

The sessions help identify the automatic thoughts and behaviors that maintain the difficulties, then develop new coping strategies.

Progress is regularly assessed, so that the tools and exercises proposed can be adjusted to meet your needs as closely as possible.

I've been working for over three years with adults facing various psychological difficulties. Recently trained in psychotherapy in Belgium, I integrate the most up-to-date approaches into the heart of my practice.

My approach is based on trust, collaboration and respect for each individual's rhythm.

💰 Fees and refunds

• Payment in cash or via TWINT
• All sessions not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are payable

Sessions are not reimbursed by basic insurance (LAMal), but may be partially reimbursed by your supplementary insurance.

I am a psychologist affiliated to the FSP (Fédération Suisse des Psychologues). Please contact your insurer to find out about reimbursement conditions.
