He then moved to Portugal, where he obtained a Master's degree from the University of Lisbon and practiced internal medicine for five years. Settled in Switzerland since 2014, he continued his training in psychiatry and psychotherapy at __CHUV__, then at __HUG__, where he held the position of head of clinic. There, he developed solid expertise in general adult psychiatry, systemic psychotherapy and addictology, particularly in opioid substitution treatment (methadone, buprenorphine, delayed morphine). Today, he practices under supervision at __PsyLéman__ - Centre de Psychiatrie et Psychothérapie, located at Rue de la Gare 18 and __Place Bel-Air 8__, in the heart of __Nyon__. The center offers a professional, confidential and caring environment, conducive to calm and therapeutic reflection. Dr. Breder's approach focuses on listening, therapeutic clarity and the development of personalized strategies tailored to each patient's specific needs.
