Le Docteur Patrice Zaugg vous accueille à Leman Aesthetic Clinic depuis mars 2022. Il a rejoint l’équipe après avoir effectué sa formation en Suisse au centre hospitalier universitaire vaudois (CHUV) à Lausanne, ainsi qu’au sein de la Clinique Longeraie. Il obtient son titre de spécialiste FMH en chirurgie plastique, reconstructive et esthétique ainsi que le European Board of Plastic reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS). Il continue au CHUV en tant que chef de clinique.
Fort de son expérience en reconstructions complexes micro-chirurgicales, il devient médecin chef de service au sein du service de chirurgie plastique des hôpitaux du Valais pour une durée de 6 ans. Il participe au développement du centre du sein à l’hôpital du valais et ouvre une consultation de sénologie à l’hôpital de Viège.
En collaboration avec le Dr Schertenleib, il a participé aux missions humanitaires d’Atacora Valais pour soutenir les hôpitaux de Tanguiéta (Bénin) et d’Afagnan (Togo) dans le but de soutenir les équipes médicales en place, d’apporter des compétences spécifiques et de participer à la formation chirurgicale des médecins en formation.
De caractère humble et rigoureux, il développe une consultation de chirurgie esthétique au sein de son service de chirurgie plastique en étroite collaboration avec le Dr Espinoza. Passionné, enthousiaste il se perfectionne en chirurgie esthétique en effectuant des formations et des congrès dans le monde entier afin de vous proposer toutes les techniques les plus modernes.
Le Dr Zaugg poursuit une activité hospitalière en tant que médecin agréé en chirurgie plastique à l’hôpital du Valais.

Dr Patrice Zaugg is a Swiss and European Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.
He joined the team in March 2022 after completing his training in Switzerland at the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Vaudois (CHUV) in Lausanne and at the Clinique Longeraie. He gained the titles of FMH specialist in plastic, reconstructive & esthetic surgery and European Board of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS). He continued as clinical head at CHUV.
Thanks to his experience in complex microsurgical reconstructions, he became Head of the Plastic Surgery department at the Valais Hospitals (Sion & Sierre) for a period of 6 years. He participated in the development of the Breast Centre at the Valais Hospital and opened a breast consultation at the Visp Hospital.
In collaboration with Dr. Schertenleib, he participated in the humanitarian missions of Atacora Valais to support the hospitals of Tanguiéta (Benin) and Afagnan (Togo) with the aim of supporting the medical teams in place, providing specific skills and participating in the surgical training of doctors.
Of both humble and rigorous nature, he developed a cosmetic surgery consultation within his plastic surgery department in close collaboration with Dr Espinoza. Passionate and enthusiastic, he is continuously perfecting his skills in esthetic surgery by attending training courses and conferences all over the world in order to offer patients the most modern techniques.
Dr. Zaugg continues to work in hospitals as a certified plastic surgeon at the Valais Hospital.
