### Presentation of the healthcare professional
Prof. Dr. med. Maziar Shafighi served for many years as senior consultant and deputy head at Inselspital Bern. Since 2015, he has been practicing as a plastic surgeon in Zurich, Bern, and Muri. In 2019, he founded the Skincenter Bern in collaboration with dermatology. He studied in Zurich, London, and Bern, earning the European board certification. Fellowships in England expanded his expertise in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.
