Dr. med. David Kiermeir 

Dr. David Kiermeir grew up and went to school in Munich. He initially studied medicine in Kiel, Bologna and Munich before continuing his training with a specialization in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery at renowned clinics such as the Charité in Berlin, Campus Benjamin Franklin and the Clinic for Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at the Inselspital in Bern. In Bern, Dr. Kiermeir was able to gain important experience in plastic surgery for several years in the position of senior physician. During his subsequent work at the Klinik im Spiegel in Bern, he had the opportunity to build on this experience and apply it in his own practice. Dr. Kiermeir completed study visits with internationally renowned specialists as part of his ongoing further training. In addition to his time with Prof. Bozola in São Paolo (São José do Rio Preto), Brazil, he was a guest at various private clinics in Rio de Janeiro, Bern and Munich to round off his training as a specialist in aesthetic surgery.

In addition to breast surgery, his work focuses on aesthetic facial surgery. His sense for aesthetic solutions, even down to the smallest detail, benefits him in his work, as does his excellent dexterity. Even after completing his specialist training, Dr. Kiermeir continues to keep up to date with current trends and the latest techniques in his field at congresses and seminars in Germany and abroad. He has also published numerous scientific papers on aesthetic and plastic surgery. The Diplomate of the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery is a full member not only of the Swiss Society for Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, but also of numerous other national and international societies. Dr. Kiermeir is also accredited as an attending physician at the Salemspital of the Hirslanden Group in Bern.
