Instant Physio is a physiotherapy clinic located in the heart of Crissier's commercial area.

Physiotherapy aims to improve mobility, treat pain, and prevent injuries through manual care, therapeutic exercises, and personalized programs.

The clinic offers:

• Manual therapy: treatments in equipped cabins tailored to individual needs.
• Active therapy: a rehabilitation gym with strength, proprioception, and cardio-respiratory training equipment.
• Group classes: dedicated space for activities such as Pilates and Yoga to enhance care.
• Conventional physiotherapy: treatments covered by LAMal insurance with a medical prescription.
• Non-prescription care: personalized sessions available without a prescription (Custom Care – 130 CHF for 45 minutes).
• Individualized physical reconditioning: targeted programs combining muscle strengthening, proprioceptive work, and cardio training to optimize recovery and prevent relapses.

The clinic is equipped with six treatment cabins and a spacious 220 m² active therapy room. Free parking and bicycle spaces are available. The entrance is located to the left of the freight elevator, and the clinic is on the first floor. The freight elevator is accessible only from the inside, at the half-floor level.
