Instant Physio 

Instant Physio is a physiotherapy practice located in the heart of Crissier's commercial zone. Specializing in musculoskeletal disorders, Instant Physio's multidisciplinary team is ready to welcome you. The practice was founded by associate physiotherapists Marilyn Parras and Diana Sousa. It opened its doors in April 2025.

Physiotherapy aims to improve mobility, treat pain and prevent injury through manual care, therapeutic exercises and personalized programs.

The practice offers :

• Physiotherapy covered by the LAMal: treatment covered by the LAMal on medical prescription.
• Non-prescription care: personalized sessions available without prescription (Tailor-made - CHF 130 for 45 minutes).
• Home physiotherapy: treatments covered by the LAMal on medical prescription.
• Physical preparation: whether you're an athlete or just looking to get back into the swing of things, our physical trainer will support you and tailor your re-athletization to your abilities or injuries.
• Naturopathy: putting healthy lifestyle techniques into practice on a daily basis
• Group classes: a space dedicated to activities such as Pilates or Yoga to enrich your care.

Treatments on offer:

• Active therapy: an active rehabilitation room with equipment for muscle strengthening, proprioception and cardio-respiratory work.
• Manual therapy: treatments carried out in cabins equipped for specific techniques adapted to each need.
• Dry needling, cupping, pelvic-perineal rehabilitation with biofeedback
• Individualized physical re-training: targeted programs combining muscle strengthening, proprioception and cardio-training to optimize recovery and prevent recurrence.
• Strength test, Running analysis, Endurance test
• Naturopathy in Natural Medicine: phytotherapy, dietetics, detoxification/detoxification methods, hydrotherapy

The practice is equipped with six treatment cubicles and a spacious 220 m² active therapy room. Free parking (white spaces) and bicycle parking are available. The practice entrance is to the left of the freight elevator. The practice is located on the second floor. The freight elevator can only be accessed from inside, from the half-floor.
