Physical therapy focuses on the treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal disorders. This includes, among other things, improving mobility, strength, coordination, and body awareness, as well as providing support following injuries, surgeries, or in cases of functional disorders. In her work, Adela Gremmen helps patients become more aware of their movement patterns and develop new movement patterns suitable for everyday life. A particular focus is on Spiraldynamik. This anatomically based movement concept helps patients gain a more nuanced understanding of their own bodies and specifically promotes natural movement patterns. In addition, Adela Gremmen brings experience in the fields of dance, medical exercise therapy, rock climbing, and the Ludmila Mojžíšová method for treating functional infertility.
