For me, the focus of therapy is on finding a way to enjoy movement together with the patient through targeted and specific exercises. I have always been fascinated by the process of improvement. "Rome wasn't built in a day". I try to put myself in the patient's shoes to understand how the problem affects their everyday life. In therapy, there is time and calm so that the goals can be clearly defined and the exercises can be carried out correctly.
