Formerly Ironman triathlons, now mountain marathons and mountain triathlon infernos and obstacle courses. City marathon once a year. Hobbies: hiking, climbing, ski touring, racing, 49er sailing and reading good books. My secret to success with so much sport is as follows: Building a good relationship with your own body, moving consciously and knowing and respecting the limits of your movement system in everyday life as well as in sport.
