I firmly believe that sustainable physical therapy is more than just treating symptoms. Together, we’ll get to the root causes of your issues and develop strategies that work in the long term. Sports have always been a part of my life, and this knowledge is particularly relevant in sports physical therapy—whether it’s helping you get back in shape after an injury or enhancing your performance. For me, therapy is all about teamwork: I develop a personalized plan for each person that combines treatment and prevention. I’m especially fascinated by the interplay between the body and the mind. I am a physical therapist with a BSc. Physical therapy is covered by basic health insurance when prescribed by a doctor. For classical massage, I am also registered in the Register of Empirical Medicine (EMR) (EMR No. 102); most supplemental insurance plans covering alternative and complementary medicine cover this service.
