He also gives lectures on Spiraldynamik and serves as a research assistant to Dr. Christian Larsen, M.D. “The body’s form and function speak a language that everyone should strive to understand. My goal is to help you gain this insight.” Physical therapy focuses on the treatment and prevention of pain, restricted movement, and functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system. Through targeted exercises, manual techniques, and individualized movement training, mobility, strength, coordination, and body awareness—among other things—can be improved. Martin Pielok views the body as a functional unit. In therapy, he guides patients in discovering their own movement intelligence, better understanding physical interrelationships, and developing personalized solutions. In doing so, he combines his expertise in physical therapy with his personal experience as someone passionate about movement. A key focus of his work is Spiraldynamics. This anatomically oriented movement and therapy concept views the body within its three-dimensional structure. It helps analyze movement patterns, identify improper loading, and integrate functional movement sequences into daily life in a targeted manner. In addition, Martin Pielok uses modern electronic tools. As part of Valedo therapy, for example, he uses three-dimensional motion sensors for targeted back training.
