As an enthusiastic ski tourer, I enjoy the mountains on skis in winter and on foot or by mountain bike in summer. I also enjoy dancing and meditating. Thanks to Spiral Dynamics, I experience movement much more consciously. It is the perfect tool for understanding the body better, perceiving it in a more differentiated way and integrating new movement patterns into everyday life.
