Before I got to know Spiraldynamik®, everyday movements like walking bored me very quickly. I felt physically and mentally underchallenged, so I distracted myself - or I ran.
It was only through Spiral Dynamics® that I discovered how much I could do with my old movement habits, such as walking, and how much it did to me and my body. If you would also like to discover what secrets and potential lie hidden in your body, I would be happy to accompany you on this journey.
