Sport and movement have always been an important part of my life. Thanks to Spiraldynamik®, I was able to get to know a completely new form of movement and body awareness. It also helps me to move more consciously in my free time - when dancing or doing acroyoga. I enjoy working with people who are open to discovering new movement patterns and integrating them into their everyday life in a sustainable way. In therapy, I respond to your individual needs and look forward to accompanying you on your way to an easier and more movement-friendly everyday life.
