Spiral Dynamics is an anatomically oriented movement and therapy concept that views the body in its three-dimensional organization. It helps individuals become more aware of movement habits and improper loading and develop functional movement patterns. Valerie Angermayr guides her patients in experiencing movement in a more nuanced way and gradually integrating new strategies into their daily lives. She places a special focus on body awareness. Understanding one’s own body can help individuals perform movements more consciously and efficiently, better assess physical stress, and support long-term changes in movement behavior.
