Movement and awareness have always fascinated me. Based on a wide variety of sports and movement arts, my work as a physiotherapist, Qigong teacher, water Shiatsu® therapist and diving instructor, I came full circle in 2010 with Spiraldynamik®. I have been enthusiastically passing on this concept, which holistically permeates all forms of movement and therapy, since 2013 at the Med Center Zurich and now also in St. Gallen. In my free time, I regularly attend training courses, practise Qigong and yoga, dance the 5 rhythms and enjoy singing and hiking.
