We always experience change throughout the cycle of our lives. These take place very consciously and always also unconsciously and subconsciously. Consciously feeling myself in my body and feeling at home is something I want to bring closer to my patients with my work as a Spiraldynamik® therapist.

The way to get into the body through movement is a wonderful "tool" that inspires and motivates me to work together with my patient(s).

I practise Pilates and yoga, and I love being out in nature. This brings me closer to myself and allows me to be present in my work.
