Our aim is to offer quality treatments for all. The practice has been renovated, is spacious and offers a wide range of technical facilities. The view and the working environment enable us to work in a relaxed atmosphere for the benefit of effective rehabilitation. Parking spaces are available in front of the entrance, and an elevator provides access to the PhysioFocus area. Thanks to a rigorous assessment and the establishment of shared objectives, patients can regain a better physical condition, whatever their age or pathology. What's more, the preventive role played by the healthcare professional and the patient's quest for autonomy are also essential, and are a point of honor in my rehabilitations. As part of your therapies, I'm in charge of muscle strengthening, endurance and mobility for people with functional limitations. To achieve this, I use maneuvers and exercises to help patients regain their physical condition. I work in general physiotherapy, particularly in the following areas: -inflammation: tendinopathy, heel spur, etc, -after surgery or trauma, -rheumatology: cervicalgia, lumbago and dorsalgia, arthrosis, retractile capsulitis, algo-neuro-dystrophic syndromes, rheumatic syndromes -in sports physio; for injuries: sprains, tears, fractures, etc, -in postural rehabilitation: scoliosis, hyperlordosis, kyphosis... -for herniated discs, -as part of scar treatment, neurology: post-stroke, Parkinson's. I also specialize in urogynecological rehabilitation ♀/♂ : -pregnancy follow-up, post-partum (abdominal strengthening, diastasis treatment...), urinary incontinence, urgency, endometriosis-related symptoms, perineal pain, anal incontinence, terminal constipation, pre/post-op prostate removal. I'm keen to keep my practice up to date, thanks to my training and parallel activity in the specialized urogynecology department at the Lindenhofspital in Berne. The practice also offers medical fitness and group classes (PilatesCare...).
