## Valerie Angermayr Physiotherapist
*Movement is life - life is movement!*
... the inseparable link between activity and a healthy, fulfilling life. Movement is not only a means of improving physical health, but also a way of experiencing life in all its fullness and dynamism.
As a movement enthusiast, I have been fascinated by the human musculoskeletal system and its processes my entire life. Coupled with the desire to express myself creatively, it first led me to turn contemporary dance from a hobby into a profession and then to acquire additional specialist know-how by studying physiotherapy. My desire to combine these two disciplines in the best possible way led me to go on a search - I found what I was looking for in the concept of Spiral Dynamics as a medium and link.
For me, one of the core competencies of Spiral Dynamics lies in the conscious examination of differentiated body awareness, which is essential for a sustainable change in movement behavior. It makes it possible to perform movements more consciously and efficiently, avoid injuries and promote physical and mental health. Long-term changes in movement behavior are supported by a deep understanding and a close connection to one's own body.
