Ms Pauline Hardouin 

A qualified physiotherapist since 2020 in Rennes, and recognized by the Swiss Red Cross, I have been practicing for five years in various areas of physiotherapy.

What deeply motivates me in my practice is the relationship of trust I build with each patient and the human dimension of care.

My aim is to provide comprehensive, personalized and caring support for each individual, taking into account his or her goals and pace.

Convinced that the quality of rehabilitation depends on an individualized approach and constant dialogue, I strive to make my patients active players in their recovery. I pay particular attention to listening, therapeutic education and understanding the body, so that each session becomes a moment of shared learning and progress.

My career path naturally led me to specialize in women's pelvic-perineology, a field where support and delicacy are essential. I enriched this expertise with training in post-partum abdominal rehabilitation and pelvic pain, to meet the specific needs of women at different stages of their lives.

With a view to broadening my skills, I also trained in neurology, particularly in Parkinson's disease with the PDwarrior concept, which emphasizes motivation and neuroplasticity.

Today, I'm continuing my specialization in cardio-respiratory rehabilitation.

I see each treatment as a genuine collaboration between patient and therapist. My aim is to combine science, movement and humanity to provide active, caring support for everyone. My aim is to give my patients the tools and confidence they need to understand their bodies, progress at their own pace and regain a balance between health, autonomy and well-being.
