Recognizing connections, understanding systems, discovering and experiencing different worlds gives me great pleasure.

The field of discovery possibilities is wide and vast - hiking over mountains and valleys, connecting landscapes, overcoming highs and lows in a family setting and connecting the foot with the head at work, all this keeps me alive and makes me curious about what is to come.

Spiraldynamik® helps me to move myself in an even more targeted and effective way and also gives me a great tool for therapy through my own experience.
