During the 3D massage, I look forward to accompanying you on a mindful journey through your body and allowing changes to happen in a simple and relaxed way. You will listen to yourself, consciously perceive yourself, rediscover areas of movement, harmonize breathing and movement, let go, relax - in a pleasant mixture of passive guidance, towards your own movement control and final enjoyment during the massage
I have been continuously applying Spiral Dynamics® to my own body for 20 years. I see the great advantage of Spiral Dynamics® in the fact that I can incorporate it into my everyday life. It gives me a tool to understand my body better and to help myself.
