Depending on the diagnosis, Odile combines a variety of classic and specific methods, such as

• trigger point therapy, a manual technique designed to release muscular tension by treating specific painful areas known as "trigger points".
• manual therapy, with current training in joint normalization.
• taping, a method designed to modify your body's perceptions.

Open-minded, cheerful and curious, Odile approaches physiotherapy with enthusiasm and kindness. Always a good listener, she enjoys creating a genuine bond with her patients, combining professionalism with empathy. Optimism, resilience and listening are the three words that best describe her - qualities that shine through in each of her treatments.

Sporty and close to nature, she enjoys climbing, volleyball and sometimes rowing. She also teaches gymnastics to younger children and devotes part of her free time to creativity in all its forms: sewing, painting and other handicrafts.

Her patients praise her ability to listen and her professionalism, assets which enable her to accompany each patient in a climate of trust and motivation. For Odile, physiotherapy is much more than a profession:
