Recognized therapeutic techniques

Depending on the diagnosis, Yohan combines different therapeutic methods, such as :

• manual therapy, an approach using targeted manual techniques to relieve pain, improve joint mobility and restore function,
• trigger point therapy, a manual technique aimed at releasing muscular tension by treating specific painful areas called "trigger points",
• taping, a technique using adhesive strips to support structures, improve body perception and facilitate movement,
• foot sheathing, essential for improving stability and preventing injury.
