Recognized therapeutic techniques

Depending on the diagnosis and objectives defined with the patient, David combines different therapeutic approaches, such as :

• manual therapy, an approach using targeted manual techniques to relieve pain, improve joint mobility and restore function,
• trigger point therapy, a manual technique designed to release muscular tension by treating specific areas of pain known as "trigger points",
• taping, a technique using adhesive strips to support structures, improve body perception and facilitate movement,
• therapeutic education, to enable patients to play an active role in their own rehabilitation.
