Recognized therapeutic techniques

Hugo combines different methods depending on the diagnosis, including :

-manual therapy, an approach using targeted manual techniques to relieve pain, improve joint mobility and restore function.

-the Solère® Method, a global manual approach aimed at normalizing joint and visceral balances to improve function and reduce pain.

- neurodynamics, a therapeutic approach designed to improve nerve mobility and function, reduce pain and restore movement.

- trigger point therapy, a manual technique designed to release muscular tension by treating specific areas of pain known as "trigger points".
