Hello,

I have been a physiotherapist since 2005, a journey rich in experiences that has gradually led me to my true vocation.

My path, however, began quite differently: after completing a Master’s degree in Law and Economics – for reasons I still wonder about! – I spent four years at university. Then, through encounters and life’s signs, I shifted towards a first year of medical school before finally finding my way in physiotherapy.

Soon after, Chinese medicine naturally complemented this orientation. Drawn to a holistic understanding of the body, to the relevance of its teachings, the wealth of solutions it offers for maintaining health, and the spiritual dimension it brings, I integrated its methods into my practice. This approach transformed the way I treat and massage. By working with the meridians, I help circulate energy, restore vitality to tissues, and release blockages.

Step by step, I expanded my range of tools: massage, cupping, gua sha, foot reflexology, Tui Na, Qi Nei Tsang, Chinese energetics… These techniques have allowed me to achieve faster and deeper results, while refining a touch that has become increasingly intuitive.

I also continue to enrich my practice through various training courses (micro-physiotherapy, flower essences) and through my personal experience. I even prepare some of the oils I use myself – St. John’s Wort, arnica harvested at 1500 meters altitude, helichrysum – simple, natural, and effective remedies.

My approach is also rooted in a desire to share: to transmit knowledge and techniques that help others gain autonomy and take care of themselves on a daily basis.
